Unanswered DV question

Every week, we get one such Letter from our Black Brothers rotting in American jails. Ever since the Sept. 11 “terrorist” attack on USA, such complaints from Blacks and Muslims have increased. We have written about it in our Feb. 15, 2001 p.13: “Why Black prisoners in US jails write to DV?”. We did not get the answer to this question. These prisoners in American jails are so poor that they can’t afford a subscription (75 US dollars a year). We request our family members in USA and elsewhere to help such Black prisoners by paying their subscriptions EDITOR
