Salil Shetty
Salil Shetty (he/him) is the Founder Trustee and President of the Dalit Sahitya Academy, under which Dalit Voice operates, and he is a member of its Steering Committee. He is a human rights activist and former Secretary General of Amnesty International. Salil previously led the UN Millennium Campaign and served as the Chief Executive of ActionAid. He is also the son of V. T. Rajshekar.
Beena Pallical
Beena Pallical (she/her) is part of the Steering Committee of Dalit Voice. A committed human rights activist, she is the General Secretary of the National Campaign on Dalit Human Rights, chairs the Asia Dalit Rights Forum, and leads a national coalition of Dalit organizations advocating for SCP–TSP legislation.
Paresh Hate
Paresh Hate (they/them) is a Bahujan queer researcher, writer, documenter, and activist, and serves as the Lead Content Manager at Dalit Voice. They have worked across queer rights, caste discrimination, migrant justice, sexual violence, criminal justice, and media-based hate speech.
