Disappointing experience
We have further elaborated our fears in our Editorial page article, Dark clouds as DV turns 21 (DV Jan 1, 2002 p.3) Brother Ramesh Rangari is one among the few streaks of brilliance in this unthinking, dog-eating-dog world of Dalits As Editor of Dalit Voice we have had the opportunity to move very closely with every section of the oppressed Bahujan Samaj. There is no other Dalit journal in India which works for the liberation of all the six sections within the Bahujan Samaj But our 21-year-old experience is totally disappointing. Our people are more busy fighting their own brothers rather than fighting the common Enemy. This is because they have not even identified the Enemy. Those who have identified the enemy dare not fight the enemy because they have been co-opted and corrupted –EDITOR.
