Bangalore: Kodagu (formerly Coorg) is a picturesque hill district in Karnataka, adjoining South Kanara. Called Kodavas, they are a beautiful, peace-loving people who produced two Army Chiefs – Gen. Cariappa and Gen. Thimmaiah. They are a hill tribe worshipping nature, particularly Mother (river) Cauvery on which the “nation of Karnataka” is at war with the “nation” of Tamil Nadu. A martial race, Kodavas drink, eat pork and meat, then dance, and then sleep. They have a right to keep a gun.
Unfortunately, this martial race has fallen a prey to the machinations of the Hindu/Aryans who have succeeded in brain-washing this innocent people against the Muslims (Morphias) from the neighbouring coastal Malabar district in Kerala.
The Morphias are a very enterprising people and the hundreds of roadside vendors from Bori Bunder to Colaba in Bombay are mostly Morphias. Some Brahmin settlers from neighbouring South Kanara exploited the nationality urges of the Kodavas and turned it against Muslims and unseated the powerful three-term Congress MP, Janardhana Pujari, and elected a nazi in the recent election.
Separate nation: The Kodavas are a district cultural entity and possess all the qualifications to be called a “nation”. They have their own language, dress, culture, food, weapon and a homeland. After merging with Karateka (before which it was a part “C” State), the Kodavas are feeling neglected. They have every reason to be aggrieved. A fairly rich people (quite a number of them are coffee planters), they soon fell into the Nazi net. And now they are demanding an Independent State. We support their demand for statehood. But the nazis are supporting their demand not out of love for the Kodavas but they want to use them against Muslims by calling them Hindus. But the Kodavas are not Hindus. They are only CALLED Hindus. They were a great tribal warrior with them. own cultural identity. The nazis want to destroy their identity in the process. Already the affluent Kodavas have forgotten their roots, it will not be long before others too start getting handguides – meaning enslaved.
