Racist opposition to quota within quota in Women’s Bill
Bangalore: The Brahminical bid to enter the legislature through the backdoor in the name of women was once again scuttled by the alert representatives of the Bahujans.
The Women’s Reservation Bill on May 6 divided every party in the Lok Sabha including the Hindu nazi party (BJP). The ruling National Democratic Alliance itself was split.
DV from the very beginning had opposed this, Bill. Not because we are against women. It is the upper castes who are anti-women. They want to send their “fashionable feminists” to the Lok Sabha and the state Assemblies by securing some reserved seats for* women. Because their upper caste men are not getting elected as their jatis have no strength of numbers.
What we say is we are all for women. But which women? There are varieties of women. Shabana Azmi does not represent our women.
Male dictatorship: We are all for reservations for women but even in this reserved quota for women we are demanding a quota for our women (SC/ST/BCs and Muslims).
But anti-Bahujan upper castes and their “fashionable feminists” hate our dark-looking women. These racists oppose our demand for a quota within the quota.
There is, however, a suggestion to ensure gout for. women, in the existing male-dominated electoral politics. It is fact that women have hardly any representation in vote politics. But we can’t point out just one part of our society and criticise it. What about the Supreme Court and High Courts? How many women are heading the corporate sector? Are there any women temple priests?
Every section of our society is male dominated. The reigriing religion of India, Brahminism, is an all-male dictatorship. Nay, it is out and out anti-woman. This is Brahminism.
If the “fashionable feminists” want to end this male- domination, there is a suggestion to enforce a quota for women at the time of giving ticket for candidates by different parties. The party quota method can meet the objective better than the dead Women’s Reservation Bill. Will the male-dominated political parties agree?
Warning to Muslims: Meanwhile, the pro-upper caste role of the Congress Party, the main opposition in the Lok Sabha, in supporting the Women’s Bill has re- confirmed our fear that it is the original brahminical party of India. The party, despite Sonia Gandhi, a non- Hindu (Christian) heading it, continues to be a party of “Socialist Brahmins” who are more dangerous compared to Hindu Nazis, “Sacred Brahmins”. It is this Brahminical leadership of the Congress that was responsible for the “soft Hindutva” that resulted in the defeat of the party in the recent Gujarat elections
This is a warning to Muslims who easily get deceived by “soft Hindutva” which is more dangerous compared to ‘the Togadia-Narendra Modi version of aggressive Hindutva. At this rate the Congress will not be able to defeat the Hindu nazi BJP.
