Bangalore: A Hindu believes what he wants to believe. Read our book, Know the Hindu Mind (DSA) for further elaboration of this point. Here is a good example of this. The Peja war Swamy, heading one of the eight Madhwa Brahmin mutts in the West coast town of Udupi, is a former chief of the Vishwa Hindu Parashat, a Hindu nazi outfit. He had attended the Hindu nazi Babri Masjid demolition exercise on Dec.6 last. After the demolition he defended the action. Now, read what he says:
Mangalore: Visvesha Tirtha Swami of Peja war Math said here that it was his prime concern to protect the interests of the Hindus. “But this does not in any way mean that | will tolerate any injustice to the minority communities”. (Hindu, Dec.21).
How can one defending the Babri Masjid d emollition protect the interest of minorities (Muslims)?
Like the Peja war Swami several other nazi leaders also shed have crocodile tears after the demolition of the mosque. Heart-of-heart they are happy. A “Hindu” doesn’t mean what he says and doesn’t say what he means. This is what we mean when we say a Hindu believes what he wants to believe.
