The western press and its copy-cats in India put out false reports telling US won the war, Iraq destroyed, Saddam finished. Lies. Lies. Nothing of it happened. The whole thing was false. Who says this? The Time Magazine (Aug.5 _ 1891), the world-famous US weekly in a cover story, eats its own words and discloses after full seven months that the US failed to tame Saddam let alone destroying Iraq.
A reader from cochin, P.T. Abdullah, writes: “US is again threatening to invade Iraq. Does it not prove that in its first attack on Iraq it failed to defeat Iraq?”
He is right. The western press published downright falsehood that Iraq was crushed and US won the war. Not only the Time magazine — all other papers today admit that Saddam is growing stronger. The second invasion threat of Bush only goes to prove the US claim of victory was false. DV, therefore, proved right.
