Capitalist Plan

The Government having failed to improve the villages, a top capitalist of India has come forward with a great plan. Aravind Mafatlal has asked the Government to hand over 50 rural blocs to private industrialists to manage the affairs for five years. They will invest Rs. 75 lakhs. He was addressing a meeting in Bombay on Aug. 13.
