China disappoints persecuted peoples of the world
Bangalore: Dalit Voice has been a great admirer and supporter of China. The Editor of Dalit Voice had twice visited China, first as leader of a goodwill delegation as the president of the India-China Friendship Association, Karnataka, and later as representative of the Indian Untouchables. On both the occasions, he had opportunities to meet and discuss with top authorities not only in Beijing but all over the country. On both the occasions the Chinese leaders had expressed deep concern over the persecution of Dalits and even promised support.
But nothing came – not even lip sympathy. And ten years are over. When the Americans instigated and engineered a student riot at Tianamen Square in Beijing, we vehemently stood by Beijing and denounced the Americans. “Communism suffers a setback in China”, DV. June 16, 1989 and “China Turns Racist”, Feb. 1 1989-p.14). We had even supported China’s stand on the India-China border question and denounced the Dalai Lama.
Support to US Gulf War: But Beijing in turn showed no concern either on Dalit or Muslim persecution In India.
Not only that. During the 1990 Gulf War, China supported the American aggression on Iraq. This gave us our second shock.
China had promised a lot to the African continent. It had assured so many things to Arab countries. But all these remained as mere promises.
So, we never took note of the latest visit of the Chinese Prime Minister to Delhi. Because China has disappointed us. And, indeed, we never expected this.
Yellow closer to white skin: We are now gradually realising that the yellow-skinned mangloid races, if permitted would prefer to go with whites rather than with Blacks or Browns.
US Secretary of State Baker’s visit to China on Nov. 15 revealed that China is also getting closer to US and zionists. China will soon have diplomatic exchanges with Israel.
Soviet Russia in its love for racism killed itself, leaving the field free to the US as the sole super power of the world. Even the little chances of China, a mighty Third World power, standing by the Third World countries has disappeared.
Baker’s visit has revealed the naked face of China. We are thankful to the Crescent International (Dec. 16 91) for this exposure:
The truth is that Peking cooperates in the field of military technology more with Israel than with any Muslim nation, makes huge sums of money out of selling Muslims weapons that are no match to those supplied to Israel by the US free of charge and ruthlessly suppresses Muslims and Islam in China itself.
In Peking, after the Madrid conference and before Baker’s visit, the Israeli defence Minister, Moshe Arens, had received red-carpet treatment from Chinese leaders.”
