Cochin: Former Prime Minister V.P. Singh believes that the prime ministerial chair will be occupied by a backward caste soon. There were people like the Bihar chief minister, Lalo Prasad Yadav, who had proved that they were fit to occupy the Prime Minister’s chair. (UNI-Telegraph Jan.7)
