Bangalore: The Khatri Sick PM on the “April Fool’s Day” (April 1) launched a fantastic scheme that failed even before it was announced.
Yet another bluff to fool the Moolnivasis by making education a fundamental right. The right to free and compulsory education (Article 45) is a constitutional pledge that was neatly forgotten long back. When questioned, the rulers said this Article fell under the Directive Principles which could not be enforced. But another false promise was now given: Right to education which, we can assure you, will never be enforced though it is justiciable (enforced through courts).
Why rulers will cheat us? Because if our children get education, they will lose their rulership. Simple, Hate is their staple diet. You can take it from us the RTE will be another piece of paper.
