Ludhiana: The Ludhiana police has booked the president of the Indian Minoritis and Dalit Front, Sewa Singh Sekhwan (sedition) for delivering an “anti- national” speech at the panthic rally at Alamgir Gurdwara ON Sunday which, however, was soon thwarted. (world Sikh News Sept. 11).
