Bangalore: The propaganda is our ministers, govt. officials, public sector units are stinking with corruption.
Her is the other side of the picture:
Bangalore: Central Vigilance Commissioner (CV) Pratyush Sinha said quoting the Transparency International:
Indian private sector is one of the world’s largest bribe-givers. Whenever we take up the subject of corruption, we try to handle it only from the demand side. But what about the supply side of it, which is entirely or mostly in private sector domain?”, he said. (The Hindu, Feb.6, 2010).
But the private sector being 100% upper caste, the corruption of the ruling class is never mentioned.
