Bangalore: Legal experts are of the opinion that the election of all the BJUP MPs may be set aside by the Supreme Court. This is because the Hindu nazi party manifesto uses the word Hindutva which makes a mockery of the Supreme Court judgment on Hindutva. The manifesto says on coming to power the BJP Govt. will construct Ram Mandir at Ayodhya. This violates the Constitution of India. Following our Editorial of Jan.1,’96: “Supreme Court must reconsider its verdict on Manohar Joshi case to save Indian democracy”, a larger bench is to review this verdict and the Hindutva slogan may be held illegal and the elicitations set aside.
