The ruling Congress, the original Brahminical party of India and the mother of all Hindu Nazi organizations, is famous for deceiving and duping the country’s original inhabitants and its religious minorities. It is responsible for all the country’s ills, including its greatest tragedy of partitioning India to impose the Aryan rule. So, when such a party comes out with an announcement to implement the Mandal Commission report on reservations to Backward Castes, we know it is yet another Aryan conspiracy to hoodwink the BCs and run away with their votes. That is why when those expected to benefit from the Sept. 25, 1991, order of the Congress government on Mandal Commission reports are silent and sullen, the Aryan oppressors of these sections are overjoyed and over-enthusiastically competition with each other to welcome the decision.
Remember, at this time last year (Sept.-Oct.-Nov. 1990) our Mandal heroes and zeroes waged a violent war against VP Singh and brought down his Janata Dal government after some well-fed students’ stage-managed fake self-immolations. But when the Congress government, which had fanned and financed last year’s Mandal mania, “accepted” the very same Mandal Commission report, The Aryans welcomed it with song and dance. Why? Because it is beneficial to them. From the “right extreme” Nazi parties to the “left extreme” Marxist and Naxalite parties everybody is happy over it. The biggest cheating is in announcing that the Congress government has “gone a step ahead of JD government”. It “extended reservations to education also”, said a screaming front-page banner headline in the Hindu (Sept 25). The Aryan-owned newspapers started going gaga over the announcement in their editorials saying that the “PVN government. has stolen a big march over VP Govt.” But when the govt. presented its “office memorandum dated Sept. 25” to the Supreme Court there was no mention of education. And this grave omission was not pointed out by any Aryan paper, leader or pleader.
Oppose amending Constitution: This one example of cheating is enough to prove that the whole announcement on Mandal is one big fraud meant to deceive and dupe the innocent BCs.
As we have written enough on the Mandal Commission Report, the VP. In all our writings on Backward Caste struggle for their human rights, we have been proved right. And we can only say that BCs have been again taken for a ride and fooled.
The Mandal Commission Report is the most scientifically prepared document and discussed and over-discussed in Parliament and outside for over 10 years and hailed as the best and the most satisfactory report on BC human rights. The govt. has on right to dilute or interfere with Mandal’s basic recommendations. Nor has it any right to interfere with the Constitution by amending, it to introduce the unworkable economic criterion. Aryans are warned against meddling with our human rights which are called reservations in the Constitution.
Since all that we wanted to say on this all-important subject has been exhaustively dealt with, we have nothing more to add except to watch the fun of the Congress fooling game in which the Aryans are experts.
