Nasrullah Ghilzai 

Sad news. Nasrullah Ghilzai, our Director, died on March 15. He was a noted scholar and admirer of Dr. Ambedkar. He was passionately working for the success of the 4th Ambedkar Day International Seminar here on April 17, 2009. He died of heart attack. We have decided to go ahead with the function on April 17, 2009. V.T. Rajshekar, Editor of Dalit Voice, was the chief guest at our similar function in 2007.
