Bangalore: We in the Dalit Voice are really worried about Muslims. We are genuinely concerned about the future of Muslims. The Hindu nazis are not allowing them to live in peace.
Islam is the only religion in India which empowers its followers to quickly identify the enemy. Every Muslim knows that the Aryan/ brahminical forces are his oppressors. (Read M.N. Roy’s book: Historical Role of Islam). And yet their silence on the latest Babri Masjid is ominous. During the last week of July 1992, the Aryans in the nazi party and the Congress led by PVN have taken the Muslims for a ride.
And yet the Muslims are silent on the all-round injustice they are daily suffering. The Koran fully sanctions violence in self-defence (DV June 16’92 p.10). Only the Islamic Sevak Sangh of Kerala has put the Koran into practice. In the process, the ISS chief Abdul Nasser Madami might have lost one leg. But we can assure the nazis that the one – legged Madani will be more deadly and dangerous from the two-legged Madami.
But in States like Assam and West Bengal where the Muslims are in a big majority, they are silently suffering. Shahabuddin sidelined: On the Babri Masjid, Syed Shahabuddin has been sidelined. Even the Shahi Imam. The Babri Masjid issue from the very beginning has been handled by the Muslim politicians. The Muslim masses had no say.
But the latest developments on Babri Masjid has convinced us that the Muslim leadership is finished. Entire Muslim leadership has become bankrupt, fearing the fascist wrath.
Ali Miya Ignored: Even the venerable saint, Moulana Hasan Ali Nadvi (Ali Miya) who lives in Lucknow, the capital of UP where the Babri Masjid is located, was ignored by the Aryan nazis both in the BJP and the Congress.
That is why we think the time has come for DV to take up the Muslim question.
Muslim-Dalit alliance: From the very beginning we have unconditionally stood by the Muslims. We were the first to very categorically state that only a Muslim-Dalit alliance can liberate masses and protect India’s unity.
This is the first time the Muslims are badly let down by the leadership. On every issue they were cheated. That means India is fast following the Spanish experiment (DV Aug. 1, 92.p.20: “Spanish Experiment”).
There is no issue greater than the Babri Masjid for Muslims. It is religious, political and cultural. Muslims feel cheated on all the fronts. This is the first time when the Muslims failed to stand as a single community. And if the leadership fails to rise on the Masjid issue, which has a direct bearing on Islam, Koran and their international brotherhood, then no Muslim in the world will trust India. And India world’s single largest Muslim country, will go the Spanish way.
Leadership purchased: We feel that the entire Muslim political leadership has been purchased. Some people became leaders in the name of Babri Masjid.
For over 20 days the Babri Masjid hit the headlines. Parliament came to a standstill. Inspite of such grave provocations, the Muslims are refusing to be provoked.
