SACK ANTI-RESERVATION ARYANS FROM JANATA DAL
What the upper castes/Aryans hate we must love and what the Aryans love we must hate. If we go by this single superb guideline, we have to love Mandal Commission because our oppressors hate it. Janata Dal (JD) was India’s only party that was all-out for it and V.P. Singh lost his PM post for Mandal. :
But now we hear disturbing reports about the upper caste glee over the JD “giving up this one-point programme” of Mandal and the entire “national” toilet” papers going gaga over this “reordering of the Janata Dal agenda”. This is a clear indication that our oppressors are happy over dropping the Mandal priority and this must naturally sadden our hearts. Since the rulers know their priorities, they have decided to strike at Mandal as it is sure to dig their grave.
We don’t know yet if VP has succumbed to the machinations of these anti-Mandal maniacs in the party. If so, JD which has been our only hope among the several anti-people political parties given birth by our oppressors, will also have to be struck off. We have our own doubts and hence a final judgment on this will have to be kept pending.
Fake self-immolations: The party spokesman said the JD “decided that the Mandal plank will be one of the issues and not the main factor in the party programme”. The decision was taken at the end of a meeting of senior party leaders in Delhi. He said “the party could not afford to remain a party with one-point programme that of job reservation for backward classes”. (Hindustan Times Sept. 23).
How can Mandal Commission which assures the human rights (reservations) of over 65% of the country’s population – endorsed by over 85% of the population and supported even by a section of the upper castes – be a one-point programme? It is only the upper caste nazi oppressors of the SC/ST/BCs and Muslims/ Sikhs/Christians who are ridiculing the Mandal as a one-point programme. It was only this tiny nazi- minded Aryan upper castes who engineered the anti- Mandal war and violence and their fake self- immolations in the latter half of 1990 and toppled the VP Singh govt.
VP greatest PM of India: To the over 85% of the people Mandal is the most important programme because it assures the human rights of the deprived, dehumanised peoples of India. V.P. Singh became the darling of the people and hailed as the greatest Prime Minister of India because he implemented the Mandal report. How can such an all-important step be called a single-point programme? What the upper castes hate we must love.
Among the “top” leaders of JD, who is opposing Mandal and ridiculing it as “one-point”? The most important leader is the notorious Havyak Brahmin, R.K. Hegde, once described in the press as India’s most corrupt politician (estimated at Rs. 1,300 crores by the Hindustan Times). This Karnataka “leader” is a leader only in the newspapers. He can’t get elected from his own district of North Kanara and hence chose a Brahmin-dominated constituency in Bangalore. Just because he is an Aryan his jatwalas in the country’s toilet papers give him all publicity, and keep him alive as a leader to destroy our human rights. He is a paper tiger meaning a tiger only in the newspaper. It is this Hegde acting as the agent of the Congress, country’s original brahminical party, who is behind this sinister game of killing the JD so that the Congress can capture Bihar and for this help he will be given some berth in the Congress. We have many such black hearts in different political parties. To such traitors the country is not important but their jati. What they want is power to promote their jati interests.
“Kalinga Kesari”: The other chap in the JD who too is opposing the Mandal is the “Kalinga Kesari”, Biju Patnaik, the Kayasth Chief Minister of Orissa, who recently enacted a big drama. He resorted to a very sinister game of raising SC/ST reservations and then himself secretly engineered a viclent upper caste student agitation against his own order and then blaming the violence withdrew order. Such cheap stunts cannot fool the people.
Orissa, which is an almost 90% Dravidian State must teach a fitting lesson to such fake leaders.
Spineless Bommai: The other “leader” is S.R. Bommai, a Lingayat from Karnataka whose community is the deadliest enemy of Mandal. We wonder how V.P. Singh has selected such a spineless upper caste fellow and also an enemy of the Mandal to head the only party of SC/ST/BCs and minorities. The party needs a dynamic leader like Sharad Yadav, not Bommai.
George Fernandes, a Catholic Christian from coastal Karnataka, is also an opponent of Mandal though he is not as vehement an enemy as Hegde. But Fernandes with his urban trade union background and confused thinking, which is many a time deliberate, has not been wholeheartedly behind the Mandal.
Therefore, if VP wants to retain his place in the heart of the oppressed, he must revamp the party and kick out all these anti-Mandal maniacs. We had said this over one and half year ago (DV edit July 16, 1991 :”Sack all anti-Mandals and build up a cadre-based Janata Dal party of SC/ST/BCs and Minorities”). VP perhaps does not want to take such drastic steps because, some critics say, his own Aryan/upper caste birth may be coming in the way. We don’t know VP too well to come to such a drastic judgement. But there is this fear and we hope these fears will go wrong.
Urban upper caste problems: The other four issues of “national importance”, as suggested by the anti- Mandalists, include (1) failure of the new economic policies, (2) corruption, (3) growing unemployment, (4) deterioration of law and order situation. But they are not a priority in our scheme of things. All these four are the by-products of the deprivation of the human rights of the over 85% of India’s indigenous peoples by the urban-dwelling Aryan oppressors. All the four urban problems can be ended just like that once we recover our human rights ( reservations). But the Aryans with the power of their toilet papers (media) are diverting our attention from issues to non-issues by magnifying the non-issues. All the four subjects now added to the JD priority are the problems facing the upper castes who constitute not even 15% of the population. They are not our priority. They are the symptoms of the disease afflicting the country. It is not the disease but its symptoms. The Aryans inside the JD are confusing VP and thereby trying to kill JD which is the only people’s party the Aryans are afraid of today.
Bihar’s Lalloo: As for the charge that “JD is going down because it is sticking to the one-point Mandal programme”, this is again the perverted thinking of the anti-Mandalists. Lalloo Prasad of Bihar has only one- point programme and that is Mandal. Is he not going from success to success and has become the darling of the Biharis? How can the rule that applies to Lalloo does not apply to VP?
Where VP failed: This is because Lalloo has succeeded in explaining the Aryan upper caste tyranny under which the millions of Bihar are realing. Did VP or his party do this? No. The party would have surely won in the last general election itself, despite Rajiv Gandhi murder to help promote the Congress victory, if only VP and his party had brought out cheap pamphlets explaining the benefits of Mandal and why the Aryans are opposing it and the leaders went about explaining it. But not only he did not do it but allowed the notorious anti-Mandalists like Hegde, Biju, Bommai, etc. to be in charge of elections. The party failed to convince the people and as usual the Congress cashed in and got the added advantage because of Rajiv murder .. Otherwise, VP would have been the PM instead of the Neogi Brahmin. VP should have realised his mistake then itself but he allowed two years to lapse doing nothing.
PMK Madras conference: When he saw the massive 3-lakh PMK crowd on the Madras Marina Beach, which thanked him for implementing Mandal, we thought he would realise his mistake and take quick steps to remedy it. But now comes the report that “Mandal has been diluted”.
JD today exists only because of VP and nobody else. He is in a position to take drastic action. Getting rid of few of these dead wood like Hegde would bring him millions of people behind him. He must act now before it is late.
Parliamentary democracy: Be that as it may, we have to reiterate that we have no hope in any of the existing political parties which feed on the fertile soil created by the parliamentary democracy. (DV edit: Oct. 1, 1992: “BSO killing Dravida leadership through corruption using parliamentary democracy”. We have said enough on parliamentary democracy and hence we don’t want to add anything further.
Except V.P. Singh, Lalloo Prasad Yadav, Sharad Yadav and Ram Vilas Paswan, we don’t find any other “top leaders” sincerely committed to Mandal.
Mandal expands “reserved sector“: Mandal assures the human rights of over 85% and hence everything else goes to the background. As of today only SC/STs (30%) are entitled for constitutional reservations though its implementation is sabotaged by the Aryans. The Mandal seeks to include the BCs and minorities in the ‘reserved sector”. We are well aware that the Aryan rulers, who sabotaged the SC/ST human rights, will sabotage this also. But all the more in one stroke the “reserved sector” will expand to 85% by including the 55% – that is BCs (35%) , Muslims (15%) and Sikhs and Christians (5%). When 30% of the SC/ST and 55% of the BCs and Muslims plus Christians/ Sikhs join hands they make up a total of over 85%. They can unitedly fight their common oppressors. Hence Mandal is not just one-point programme but it is our one and the only programme. The rest of the programmes take second place.
Social engineering: The Mandal, therefore, is the most important and the most effective instrument in social engineering to combat the Aryan menace. The Aryans know the dangers of Mandal and hence they are doing everything in their hands, including pressing their Brahmin-Bania toilet papers (media) to sabotage it.
The enemy is doing its duty. But are we doing our duty? No.
VP must sack the anti-Mandal maniacs, purify the party and then he can see the surge of support he will get.
