B. S. Raju (30), a local Dalit ONGC Engineer was killed by ULFA militants on Sept. 7. This shows that Dalit are not safe anywhere in India (I) ULFA must apologise, (2) pay Rs.60 lakhs to his family, (3) ULFA must compensate and promise not to do this mistake again against Dalits. Otherwise ULFA will be destroyed by Assam Dalits.
