The alien Aryan oppressors of India’s original inhabitants having met with defeat to dupe us through fake Gandhi an socialism, cross thread Marxism and even Hitler’s nazi brand of fascism, are searching for more refined, more painless, more cunning ways and means to destroy and deny our human rights.
The deceit and deception deployed by these less than 15% Aryans was elaborately dealt with in a. recent editorial (“Beware of the three latest Aryan stunts to enslave us: Development, Ecology, Feminism”, DV edit April 16 1991).
In the name of “rural development”, they have completed the rural decay while ensuing their full development. In the name of environment, Chipko, Apio, Michiko etc. they have taken our Tribals for a ride.
Much more than these urban-dwelling upper caste stunt-masters fooling our people through Development, Ecology and Feminism what is worrying us is the war and violence our innocent SC/ST/BCs have been subjected to in the name of nasalism by our Aryan heroes.
We may sound harsh and jarring to some but in parts of rural Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Maharashtra, MP etc. And if the facts hurt the “human rights heroes” we can’t help. Why should these Hindus meddle with our affairs? What business they have with us? Why should the oppressors think of “liberating” the oppressed? Why can’t they get off our neck?
If the indigenous Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Castes (SC/ST/BCs), the original inhabitants of India, fight for their basic human rights against Aryan/upper castes/Hindus for stealing their land, trees, livestock, for denying fair wages and then launch war and violence against them and the honor of their women, how can they be described as “Naxalites”?
Don’t want Advisers: We have raised this question many times and prominently in our editorial, “Don’t call SC/ST/BCs as Naxalites” (DV edit Feb.1 1988) We had even warned the upper caste/Hindu leadership of these “Naxalite” parties to stop interfering with the innocent people calling them Naxalite, Baalite etc. Our people are capable of managing themselves and recovering their lost human rights. They don’t want Aryan advisers, do-gooders coming to them as Marxist-Leninist (ML) etc. All these ML leadership, Marxist heroes are the cousins, uncles and the jaywalks of our oppressors. Hence our people will never, ever trust these outside leadership.
By describing our people fighting for human rights as Naxalites, these Hindus are making the job of their jaywalks in the govt. and police easy. Because, once our people are called “Naxalite”, and described so in their Hindu press as Naxalite”, the Hindus in the govt. and police will be ready with their guns to shoot them dead. Nasalism is upper caste (Aryan), Hindu shortcut to destroy our (SC/ST/BC) human rights by dubbing them nasals and basales. Hands off SC/ST/BCs.
Mischief at Chandur: We scented this mischief at Chandur where these Hindu nazis came in their Naxalite garb to deceive our Dalits (M. Gopinath: “Nazis in Naxalite garb try to divert Dalits from Ambedkar’s,” DV, Sept. 16 1991).
Gopinath’s findings were further confirmed by the Andhra Pradesh Civil Liberties Committee’s latest report, “Political militancy and civil liberties”, This report is about the Andhra Pradesh Reddy govt’s police brutalities on the “unarmed, innocent Naxalites”. The report describes the victims as “rural poor” which is the typical mischievous expression of Hindus.
Haven’t they got a name? Why make them look faceless by branding them “rural poor”? The report nowhere identifies these “rural poor” – who in fact are SC/ST/BCs. By hiding their identity, these human rights Hindus are committing a crime against our people and making the job of the Hindu Reddy govt. and police easy.
The report, however, admits that these “rural poor” are fighting for human rights and civil liberties. If these SC/ST/BCs, whose human rights are stolen by the alien Aryans, are “fighting peacefully to recover their lost rights”, why the APCLC should call them Naxalites and banalities?
Role of toilet papers: This is the proof of the typical Hindu mischief. The Hindu oppressors of SC/ST/BCs come to these innocent people uninvited, “organize” them, call them “Naxalites” and describe the peaceful movement of the unarmed sons of the soil as “militant” and give wide publicity to this “extremist” movement in their Hindu toilet papers. Once this “movement” gets wide publicity in the obliging toilet papers of their own Hindu brothers, it helps their jaywalk cousins in the govt ., police and para-military to wage a war on the SC/ST/BCs and shoot them in “encounter deaths”. The report says 52 “encounter deaths” have taken place since the past eight months. Who are the people killed? All SC/ST/BCs. All our people. No Reddi or Chaddi is killed. That is why the victims of this Hindu war and violence are made to look faceless and called “rural poor”.
Had a Khamma, Reddy or Chaddi been killed the Peoples War Group led by a Reddi would have been finished by summoning the military. But the Hindu toilet papers are glamourizing the PWG and its Naxalite Natak’s and giving all support to its heinous activities in the name of human rights. And thereby these human rights heroes help the Reddy govt. to gun down the SC/ST/BCs and then get away with human rights awards and rewards, and international publicity. Hands off SC/ST/BCs.
Why this Naxalite Natak? The upper caste mischief is that if the SC/STs wage a human rights struggle, the govt., police, para-military will not have the face, the courage to open fire on these unarmed peace- loving people. Because killing of indigenous Untouchables and Tribals will immediately invite international attention and the Hindu claim of non- violence, ahimsa, tolerance and all the bunkum will get exposed.
So, to sabotage the SC/ST/BC human rights struggle, our oppressors appear before us as benefactors, saviors, Marxists, civil liberty walls, human rights heroes, Naxalites, banalities and fatalities. The nasal leaders are all wolf in sheep’s clothing’s. The whole thing is a beautifully planned Hindu conspiracy between the Hindu police, Hindu human right walls, Hindu toilet papers, Hindu police and Hindu award- givers. Having failed to confront the SC/ST/BC human rights struggle face to face, they come through the back-door as Naxalites to deceive us. This must stop. Hands off SC/ST/BCs.
Silence of APCLC Report: Otherwise, why the 35- page, full-sheet, cyclostyled report of the APCLC nowhere says that the victims of police atrocities are SC/ST/BCs?
In the other APCLC report on Chundur (DV Oct. 16 91 p.24) these human rights heroes have identified the victims as Untouchables and the killers as Reddies. Why this silence on their second report on “encounter deaths” – both prepared together and by the same Hindus? The same people prepare two reports but use different languages and employ different names. Is not the mischief clear?
Why use a vague, meaningless expression of “rural poor” in their report when this “rural poor” have a name – SC/ST/BCs – given by the Constitution of India? Does it not make the intention of the civil liberty alas clear – that they want to hide the identity of the victims?
It is true the Reddy’s and Caddies in the govt. are “deliberately” killing the innocent SC/ST/BCs. Yes. We agree. But are not the civil liberty alas also having a “deliberate policy” to hand over our people, SC/ST, with their hands and legs tied and branded as “Naxalites,” “militants” and “extremists” to their cousins in the police?
Hands off SC/ST/BCs. Naxalites are warned.
PWG is a Hindu outfit: A Reddy – Janardhana Reddy – is the AP ruler (Chief Minister) and he is helped by another Reddy, Konda ally Sitaramayya (Reddy) heading the Peoples’ War Group, the “biggest” Naxalite group. The whole things is a conspiracy and we had a taste of it at Chundur where their nefarious game failed before a resolute Katti Padma Rao.
The APCLC report says the govt. in power in AP “has announced a resolve to finish off Naxalites within six months” (p.4). Is not the aim of the Naxalite leadership same? Are not the human rightswalas colluding with their jaywalks in the govt. and Naxalite Natak company by hiding the identity of the victims?
Take three immediate steps: If the Hindu leadership of these human rights, civil rights organizations like APCLC is honest and sincere and wants us to believe them, they must immediately warn the Naxalite, CPI- ML, Marxist outfits (i) to stop describing our people as Naxalites, (ii) they must also publicly warn their Hindu cousins in their toilet papers not to use the term “Naxalites”, “extremist”, “militant” but use only SC/ST/BCs as the case may be. (iii) And if any Hindu toilet paper – daily or periodical – uses such banned terms instead of SC/ST/BCs, the PWG and its tail like APCLC must take drastic action against the offenders just as the Sikh militants are currently doing in Punjab.
If they fail to do this then our charge that the Hindu human right alas are indulging in all the stunts to get awards and rewards, get cheap publicity in their toilet papers and help the Reddies and Caddies to destroy our human rights movement.
We call upon the upper caste leadership of these Naxalite Natak companies and their cousins going by the name of civil liberty alas to fulfil our demands within three months – giving due notice to the press.
The APCLC’s next report must identify the victims of “encounter deaths”. If they refuse to fulfil our demands then we are doubly proved correct that Hindu human rightswalas and Naxalites are cousins in conspiracy. Both have a common object of enslaving our people. Nazis are visible enemies but the nasals are invisible foes. And the civil rights and human rights walls are the most dangerous enemies of SC/ST/BCs.
IPF havoc in Bihar: We have received reports from all parts of India about this mischief played by the nazis in the garb of nasals. The Indian People’s Front is doing the same thing in Bihar. The nasal leaders come to our people as saviors but when it comes to the question of our reservations (human rights) these human rights leaders oppose our human rights. That is why they got defeated in the recent elections (“IPF dying for opposing Mandal” DV, Sept. 16 1991, p.11). We are sorry to say that during the 1990 anti-Mandal war and violence many of the human rights heroes and zeroes were with our enemies. The very fact that human rightswalas did not denounce PV Narasimha Rao govt’s murder of Mandal report through economic criterion proves that they are our enemies.
Non-Hindu nasal leaders rejected: A top leader of the PWG, K.G. Satyamurty, No.2 man of Kondapalli (78), left the PWG in disgust because as a Dalit he was deceived by the nazis in the garb of Marxist- Leninists. When he met our Samata Sainik Dal leaders at the Aug. 16 Dalit rally on Chundur at Hyderabad he confessed that he wasted 30 years with nasals and he was now realizing that Ambedkar’s and not nasalism was the solution to our problem. The great Dalit singer of AP, Gadar, is also fast realizing this.
Our AP representative, Vijaya Raju, was thrown out by the nazis in the nasal party for talking of SC/STs, Dr. Ambedkar and Ambedkar’s. We can go on giving any number of such examples of the nazi nasals persecuting Dalit leaders.
A Vasu, the senior-most and highly respected “Naxalite” leader of Kerala, is the famous example in Kerala. He is now coming nearer to Ambedkar’s and repenting for having wasted his prime of youth in nasalism.
In Calicut on Oct. 6 1991, we had a long talk with Venerable Vasu who was bitter about these nazi humbugs calling themselves as nasals, Marxist- Leninist etc. Another big name is P. Gangadharan, a top Marxist (CPM) leader. Both Vasu and Gangadharan are Zehavi’s and hence the Hindu nazi Marxists and Leninists could not tolerate their popularity.
Kerala example: That is why we have said nasalism, Marxism, communism, Leninism pig philosophy is used by the nazis as they found these issues a better weapon to deceive and dupe our people. Almost the entire Zehavi Untouchables of Kerala – constituting the State’s single biggest population – are today imprisoned in the CPM and CPI – two “Marxist” nazi parties.
We don’t want to further elaborate this editorial as this is our last warning to nasals. They must heed our anguished cry not to deceive our innocent people. Three months’ notice is fair enough. Hands off SC/ST BCs.
If they fail to heed this warning it only proves that the cap fits them and that is why they are wearing it. And that is why we have been describing the human rightswalas of India as more dangerous than Hindu nazis.
