I am pleased to know that you have liked Iqbal. Allama Iqbal is not an ordinary poet and philosopher-he is a visionary. He did three wonders for the Muslims of the subcontinent. He demanded a separate state for Muslims (Pakistan) He motivated the suppressed scattered, demoralized and downtrodden Indian Muslims for a separate Muslim homeland through his poetry. He chose its leader, Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah who successfully organized the Muslims and brought them under one flag of All-India Muslim League. Quaid-e-Azam said at a meeting held in Lahore on March 23, 1940 that “Iqbal is my friend, saint and guide. We did what he asked us to do a separate state for Indian Muslims” While delivering the presidential address on “Iqbal day” (1942), Quaid-e-Azam pointed out the importance of Iqbal for Pakistan by saying that “if I am given an option to choose to become president of India or to have Iqbal’s poetry, I will certainly go for Iqbal’s work. If I have Iqbal, I can create more states due to his inspiring and motivating poetry”.
Iran revolution: Ayotullah Khomaini, father of modern Iran, said at a public meeting that “Iqbal is our guide, a motivating spirit behind Iran’s revolution because Iqbal’s poetry inspired Persian public for revolution” The same tribute was paid to Iqbal by Afghan revolutionary forces who fought against Russian invasion in Kabul on Dec 27, 1979.
Like Dr. Ambedkar, Iqbal is a revolutionary poet who persuaded the poor, deprived and enslaved people to fight for liberty, equality and fraternity. The beauty of Iqbal’s poetry is that it makes man free from all types of oppression, suppression and tyranny.
Pak Taliban is anti-Muslim: Your friends are right. The word “Taliban” is an American creation and Pakistani Taliban is sponsored and supported by Indo-American and Jewish lobbies who have established their strongholds on Pak-Afghan borders. The Swat Operation is indeed an action against those Indian-trained terrorists. The Indian Govt has established
18 consulate offices on Pak-Afghan border. They are the real source of trouble in the region. During the Swat Operation, even Gorkha Indian soldiers were killed and caught. In fact, the word “Taliban” is used by America and Allied Forces including India. During General Zia-ul-Haq’s period, all Afghan resisting and revolutionary forces were called Mujahideen. After Zia, Pakistan lost its influence on Afghan affairs and Indo-American-Jewish influence increased. Taliban appeared during that period.
3 types of Taliban: Now Taliban are divided into three: (1) Taliban with Mulla Umar in Afghanistan which never sided with either Americans or Indo-Israeli forces. They are still resisting the invaders in their own way to some extent successfully. (2) Taliban in Pakistan are of two types one is purely sponsored and supported by invading Indo-American and Allied Forces. The other Taliban has links with Indian nationalist ulema. i.e. Maulana Asad Hussain etc. They may be sincere but they are misled by the nationalist ulema of India as they were misguided during in Pakistan Movement.
Dividing Muslims: Apart from these three categories of Taliban, the common practicing Muslims are also labeled Taliban, extremists and terrorists by America and Allied Forces. In the name of Taliban and Al Qaida, America and Allied Forces have divided Muslim society into practicing and non-practicing Muslims. The non-practicing Muslims are pro-West whereas the practicing Muslims are sincerely influenced by the revolutionary Muslims in Afghanistan. The Indo-American and Jewish Forces support and secure services of pro-West Muslims to curb and crush the emerging revolutionary Islamic forces in the region. The matter becomes so complex and confusing.
Like Taliban, the word Al Qaida is also a creation of America. Al Qaida exists nowhere but in Hollywood and Bollywood films. In reality, the Muslims all over the world are victims of pro-West Indo-American Jewish conspiracies all over the world.
