Researches on SC/ST/BCs help rulers to better enslave them

Thomas Pereira, (DV Feb. 16-29) has highlighted the very crucial issue of the utter hollowness and duplicity of India’s self-proclaimed “sociologists”. It is hardly surprising that India’s top nazi political outfit has suggested that the Mandal Commission Report should be re-examined by a team of India’s “top” sociologists. It is obvious that this pompous caucus of “sociologists” would reject the Mandal Commission since it goes against their and their patrons’ jati interests. No wonder, then, that the staunchly anti- mandalite nazi party has resorted to these self-styled sociologists to dump the Mandal Report unceremoniously and surreptitiously. Pigmies: It is not well understood that these so- called “sociologists” headed by its “most eminent” M.N. Srinivas, a Brahmin, by and large are the staunchest defenders of brahminical raj. Most of them of course are Aryans. Therefore, they hate Mandal.
During the anti-Mandal Aryan war, little known pygmies like Veena Das, ‘Andre Beteille and a host of others suddenly shot into prominence in the “national” toilet papers with their pontifications and lofty pronouncements of caste being dead, etc. etc. Now if at all anything is dead, it is these bunch of “social anthropologists” who are “dead” to the vile, inhuman exploitation of India’s masses. Wining and dining in five star-hotels and lucrative lecture-tours abroad have corrupted them to such a degree that they have little or no inclination to speak out the truth about the brahminical oppression in this country.
Bogus Bunch: What is particularly tragic about this bunch of “sociologists” is that whatever they utter is held to be the Ultimate Truth about any matter whatsoever. Only those with a personal involvement with sociologists as teachers and acquaintances.can know what a completely farcical and bogus bunch they are. If they are so very concerned about the well being of India (as they say they are) then how is it that as compared to the spate of articles that they wrote during the Mandal agitation, their response during the poisonous Rama Yatra was absolutely subdued? Does this not show their true colours and does it not reveal why the Nazi party would like to give them the honour of “re-examining” (rejecting?) the Mandal Commission Report?
Poverty studies: India’s “sociologists” have very craftily directed most of their “research” on so-called “problem areas” ie. areas and issues that are posing a problem to India’s brahminical elite.
Thus, the SC/ST/BCs have become a hot favorite for these “researchers” to “study”. And they attract a lot of financial aid for this purpose. By “studying” the “poverty” of these groups, whose interests clash with those of the researchers, the sociologists became rich and their “research” helped the elite to become more rich and tighten its hegemony.
For by getting to know more about these “problem areas” the uppter castes are now able to manipulate these “problem groups” in a far more effective way to strengthen its own domination. Not surprisingly, therefore, most such sociological “research” is published in English – the language of the elite – and hardly any “sociological research” has been published in the various languages of the Indian masses.
The SC/ST/BCs and Muslims can no longer rely on such brahminical “sociologists” to speak out for them. They need to form their own research institutes to objectively analyse their own social problems. Will DV take the lead in making concrete suggestions in this regard?
