RAW (Research & Analysis Wing), an Indian intelligence outfit, set Prabhakaran up. RAW ran the training camps, close to Chennai, and worked with Anton Balasingham, who came to function as Prabhakaran’s agent.
Indira Gandhi, who was then running the BSQ (Brahminical Social Order) that governed India, and running things in Delhi, wanted to teach Lankan President Jayewardene a lesson. He was becoming too independent for the BSO regime which constitutes mere 15% of India’s population and it is imperative that it arrests tendencies to freedom within this “functioning anarchy called India”, and in its vicinity. Terror is used to distract and intimidate. Mrs. Gandhi started the third agency (RAW) to implement a covert and an overt track for playing with President Jayewardene. Later she used it to strike terror in India
for which the Sikhs got the blame. Even to this day there are people who ask why the Sikhs killed Mirs Gandhi.
When the BSO regime in Delhi no longer needed Prabhakaran and his “Tigers”, they had grown too strong, and now had their own international economic resources and support Prabhakaran did not heed political realities.
India would never accept an independent Tamil state on Lanka. It would lead to the end of the BSO regime that is running India. Tamil Nadu would be the first Indian state to start fighting for independence.
This is the background for RAW ultimately finishing Prabhakaren. Had the information come out before the Indian elections were over this would have influenced the outcome.
