Bangalore: DV has proved right on the much- publicised “road map”, the American-sponsored mischievous plan to solve the decades-old Palestinian-lsraeli conflict. (DV June 1, 2003, p.8: “Palestine: Suicide of a nation?”).
Why will the “road map” fail? Because its very intentions are evil. President Bush who is the chief salesman of the “road map” is himself not honest. American rulers obeying the dictates of their zionist masters want to keep Palestinian leader, Yasser Arafat, out of the picture. This is their biggest blunder.
Insult to history: They are propping up a pro-Israeli stooge, Mahmoud Abbas, named Palestinian Prime Minister. Arafat may not be liked by the revolutionary forces in Palestine. We had asked the old man to gracefully retire. (DV Edit Jan.1, 2002: “/t is time for Arafat to go: Palestine plunges into bloody war as anti- Muslim hysteria grips world”).
But he did not. Israel imprisoned him in his office, humiliated him and showered all sorts of abuses on this old war horse. This is an insult to history itself. And thereby they gave the old man a new life.
Hate-mongering has a limit. The sinking old man has now come back to life. On one side the revolutionary Hamas, without which there can be no peace in Palestine, is opposed to this “roadmap” heavily loaded in favour of the Israeli aggressors. On the other hand, Arafat is offended. The Israeli cabinet is divided. How can the “road map” succeed?
Orphans of Muslim world: Despite ali these, it is the victimised Palestine which accepted the “road map” unconditionally. But the war-monger Ariel Sharon and his zionists had many objections.
With such serious differences between the two parties and hate-filled hearts drawing the “road map”, how can there be any success? That is how we have confidently predicted its failure.
Palestinians have become the orphans of the Muslim world. Their own Arabs have ditched them. They have no other alternative but to commit “suicide of a nation;
