When well-meaning people make queries and remarks, which for an average Ambedkarite looks rather silly, we have to make them read something they can understand in simple language, yet authentic. The first book that comes to mind is V.T. Rajshekar’s book, Brahminism, which is now in a new enlarged and updated edition, DSA 2002. If anybody likes to understand what Hinduism alias Brahminism is, in the face of hindutwavadi mass propaganda this is one book that can give the exact, precise and concise. Information.
Many Hindus complain that V.T. Rajshekar’s writings are polemical. Maybe he has reasons for that, but this book is no polemic. It answers the Brahminic arguments in the terms of Brahminic leaders themselves like Vivekananda, Subramania Bharati, K. Srinivasa Rau, M.K. Gandhi, Rabindranath Tagore, Jawaharlal Nehru, G.K. Gokhale and P.B. Gajendragadkar. He explains the mantra that
Universe is under the power of gods, gods under power of mantras and mantras under the power of Brahmins. And so, Brahmins are our gods.
This was also the argument of Vishnu Shahstri Chiplunkar, the severest critic of Mahatma Phule and was being upheld by the then Brahmins of Maharashtra and Vishnu Shastri was arrogantly designated as “Shivaji of Marathi language”. History has shown his place to him. While Phule is revered in all households of Maharashtra, nobody knows who Vishnu Shastri was. V.T. SHUDRAS BECOME SLAVES

He explains how the Brahmins fear conversions and caste- based reservations and observes that the only correct remedy for the malady of Ambedkarism.
