Udupi: The Hindu god Krishna here witnessed the dare-devil dance of hate-mongering nazi maniacs when they demolished the historic Kanaka Gopura. How could Krishna give justice to Kanaka when he himself was confined to the temple guarded by the Ashta Muit swamis and their vaidik vampire? It was nothing but a repetition of the Babri Masjid demolition in the temple town of Udupi. The demolition continued for three days from Aug.12 with the climax of a gruesome act on Aug.14, 2004.
The two swamis of the Adamaru Mutt are the conspirators behind this dastardly act. The vaidiks supported by the Hindu nazis stabbed in the back Karnataka’s single largest Backward Caste of shepherds (Kurubas) who are not Muslims but called Hindu.
Kanaka Dasa was a great devotee of Krishna. According to the vaidik cock and bull story, Krishna awas pleased with his bhakti and his stone idol took a right-about-turn from east to west. But poor Kanaka was able to see the “god” from a peephole in the wall which was later called Kanakana Kindi. Not satisfied with this insult to Kanaka, the vaidiks renamed it as navagriha kindi. It is said soon this Kanaka would be replaced by another kanaka, meaning gold. Ultimately the original Kanaka Gopura will become a “golden tower”. What an insult to the Kurubas.
This is called “cultural aggression” in the book of our Editor V.T. Rajshekar. (Aggression on Indian Culture, DSA-2002). This parasitical vaidik vampire has plenty of leisure to indulge in one conspiracy or the other. it is a tragedy that in the name of God and religion, these charlatans are expioiting the masses and the neo-rich by spreading mass hysteria.
Each time they come up with new plans like silver chariot followed by golden palanquin and diamond- studded crown worth Rs. 3 crores and good number of palatial buildings and majestic halls as well.
The major share of money is donated by the non- Brahmins only who constitute 95% of the country’s population. The construction of the Kanaka Gopura may cost Rs. 50 lakhs. No doubt, demolition of the Kanaka Gopura shocked the intellectuals of Udupi. But their voice got drowned in the noise raised by the vaidiks and their obedient press.
How did the curtain finally drop down? The innocent but engraged Kurubas from various parts of Karnataka, who rushed here and launched the agitation, simply buckled. Corrupt Kuruba leaders belonging to the Hindu nazi party were quickly summoned and they poured cold water on the burning anger of their jati people. in the end they totally surrendered.
On Aug.28, a seminar on “Demolition of Kanaka Gopura” was held here under the auspicious of the Manava Dharma Janajagruti Vedike. Gopal Shetty, president of the Vedike, presided.
