Thiruvananthapuram: The LTTE plan in Tamil Nadu has entered the second phase and it has established links not only with the ULFA in Assam but also with the Naxalites in Andhra Pradesh, according to the BJP. In the third phase, the BJP expects that the LTTE will attempt to create an “Assam or Punjab like situation” by fanning separatist movements. This problem affecting the four southern Sates was the focus of attention at the meeting of the BJP office bearers here today before the two-day party national executive meeting on Sept. 29.
