Mandal Report Sabotaged ?  

Mandal Commission report, which held caste as the criteria to fix backwardness (27% of the population is held backward) is at last published. But its implementation is delayed. Justice delayed is justice denied. Hence OBCs must launch a virulent agitation for immediate implementation of the report- joining hands with dalits and minorities.
