What a word to usel When I enter illegally and by stealth into another’s territory for spying, espionage or sabotage, you refer to it as infiltration. When Subramanium and Ramaswamy from Pycrofts Road and Big Street get a job in the Secretariat in Fort St. George, it is not infiltration. ! have heard the scream quite often that the RSS is trying to infiltrate into the Indian Army. Excellent. No need to infiltrate. It is the Army that has spread the Red Carpet welcome to them and not the re- verse. But these chaps are not responding in adequate numbers. What is to be done? During the operations of the Indian Army during the last 30 years on many occasions our volunteers had to infiltrate into enemy territory, to gather military intelligence and pass on to us. They passed through the Jaws of death and the Gates of Hell’ and did their jobs worderfully well, and then returned, but not the six hundred. Many of them laid down their lives.
