London Inst. Of South Asia 

We are planning to set up the London Institute of South Asia (LISA) dedicated to “peace through national self-determination”. The institute would publish a quarterly and hold seminars. | shall be the director of the institute and editor of LISA quarterly. | am trying to assemble a board of regular contributors. | invite V.T. Rajshekar, Editor of Dalit Voice, to join and nominate at least two more persons resident in India, UK, Europe or Canada. (A payment of 200 pounds would be made for each article accepted for publication). At present, the board of contributors comprises me and my sister from Pakistan, Dr. Mumin Chowdhary and Barrister A.M. Azhar from Bangladesh, Dr. Inayatullah Andrabi and Dr. Awater Singh Sekhon from Indian Kashmir and Punjab. We want at least one contributor from Sri Lanka and Afghanistan each. Any suggestions?
