Kanshi Ram Ultimatum

President of the BAMCEF Kanshi Ram told a meeting of dalits, minorities and OBCs at Nagpur on Oct 3. that “we are going to start our own Parliament as People’s Parliament from Oct. 14. 82 in Delhi & it will continue till we capture the national Parliament.
