Discrimination has been part of human history. They are divided based on caste, class, creed, colour, region, language, ethnicity etc. But among all, casteism, which is the most dehumanizing and discriminating phenomenon of all ages and especially way our age.
Casteism is a much older form of discrimination than race. As it exists in India, it is much more comprehensive and crueller. Caste discrimination is the mother, racism is only its child.
Caste discrimination in India is a social construct in which people belonging .to various castes are segregated even more so than in some instances of severe racial discrimination. Whatever the biological foundations, caste discrimination in India contains all aspects of racial discrimination in a much more complete form. To only discuss racism and related intolerance but to exclude caste is like discussing physical pain and excluding murder. There are mulitiple forms of racial discrimination, and caste is one. The two can be separated only artificially. The subject of race can be debated through the lens of various sociological theories, and the caste can be discussed theologically regarding its relationship to Hinduism.
Born through mouth: The Indian caste system has been how vast sections of the Indian population have been submerged into a condition of servitude to satisfy the interests of a small minority of Brahmins who have claimed their privileges based on the special birth through the mouth of their god.
The Manu Dharma Sastrais the first ever apartheid code of conduct instituted by the Aryans. One code for the fair-skinned Aryans and another discriminatory set for the dark-skinned Dravidas. The Aryans were quick to portray Manu Dharma Sastra as the Hindu law, and through its translation in English by Sir William Jones this poison was exported to the Western world from India. Racism was accepted as a fact of life by a vast majority by the second half of the 19th century and many European scholars under its influence started identifying themselves with the Aryans.
Mother of Hitler from India: History reveals that the Aryans of India were the authors of the Manu Dharma Sastra and got it translated in 1794 by Sir William Jones and spread racism to the world outside.
The principles of apartheid enunciated in the Manu Dharma Sastra is the root cause of the concept of racism and racial fanaticism of Hitler who declared that the German Whites were a superior race and on which assumption he massacred six million Jews. The ideology about the Aryan race was passed on to the Germans from the Indian Aryans. They did not know this ideology until they had contacts with the Indian Aryans. (V.T. Patriarchal caste thinking (epitomized in the Manu Smruti) emphasizes that the danger of low-quality blood exists in the woman; raping a low caste woman by the upper caste man though committed™ regularly by men is condoned, arrogantly and hypocritically as his privilege.
The offshoot of casteism is racism. The Manu Dharma Sastra justifies the principle of might is right as evidenced from the following: (Manu Dharma Sastra, chapter V. 29-30). The Varnashrama Dharma justifies violence. Out of this adharma arises oppression, slavery and annihilation.
The varna in the Varnashrama Dharma means colour discrimination and racism. The indigenous people of India are Dravidians who were dark-skinned. Foreigners who invaded India were fair-skinned. According to the Varnashrama Dharma fair-skinned people were considered superior and the non-Whites inferior. The ‘ Varnashrama Dharma justified that on the basis of colour, the Whites had every right to suppress, torture, enslave and even annihilate the non-Whites. The Whites were given the right to oppress, torture, enslave, exploit and annihilate the Dravidians because they were non-Whites. This is racism.
Varnashrama Dharma, therefore, is the worst anti- social monster which was created by the Aryans to spread the five evils of slavery, colour discrimination, racism and occupational discrimination and casteism. Those who used this monster to commit these atrocities on Indian Dravidians are the Aryan Brahmins. Brahminism has condemned a vast section of Untouchables to just collecting human shit. That is how it is going to be in the future also.
India is the birthplace of international racism in the form of casteism.
