Chandigarh: Every third day will be a public holiday in Haryana Government offices at the State headquarters here during next year.
An official notification issued here on No.7 said the State Government offices will remain closed for 119 days due to public holidays during the next calendar year. These include 52 Sundays, an equal number of Saturdays and 15 other gazetted holidays.
Besides, the employees will be entitled to avail themselves of two out of eight restricted holidays. (Indian Express Nov. 10).
