The Hindu terrorists have been projecting the Vedas (Shruti) and Shastras (Smriti), the heads of Shankara and Madhva mutts, Tilak, Hedgewar, Savarkar, Bhagat Singh, and Golwalkar as Hindu icons who represented the national mainstream. At the same time, they shunned protestants such as the Buddha, Mahaveera, Basavanna, Guru Nanak, Narayan Guru, Mahatma Phule, Dr. Ambedkar, and Periyar, who represented the genuine national mainstream, since they were sure that these protestants had neither monetary nor media support.
Who is a “Hindu”?
During the last week of January 2007, they celebrated Golwalkar’s birth centenary by organizing Virat Hindu Samajotsavas in states where they are well-established, including Karnataka. The term Virat means colossal. Now, by displaying the portraits of Buddha, Basava, Dr. Ambedkar, and Periyar in these RSS rallies, the Hindu terrorists have conceded their colossal ideological defeat.
While there are clear and simple answers to questions such as “Who is a Muslim?” or “Who is a Christian?”, there are no straight answers to questions like “Who is a Hindu?” and “Should a Hindu at least believe in God?” The dearest word of these terrorists is Hindu, which was coined by Muslims and popularized by the Mughals. Beneath this cover of Hindu camouflage exists the religion of the Vedas (Shruti) and Shastras (Smriti), designed to indenture the masses into slavery in the name of religion.
The non-cross-threaded castes and Untouchables never cared to describe themselves as Hindus while, Those who rebelled against the inhuman practices of the upper castes showed great zeal in appropriating the term “Hindu” for the following reasons:
By popularizing the term “Hindu,” coined by Muslims, they could please Muslims who, in most parts of the country and for several centuries, remained in power. By remaining aligned with Muslim rulers, the cross-threaded castes functioned as a buffer segment between the ruling Muslims and the masses.
Secondly, it served their own interests to bring the rest under the Hindu cover to subjugate them. The masses had to be Hinduised to keep them away from the egalitarian socio-religious orders or groups such as Muslims, Buddhists, and Christians.
The real content of the Vedic religion — which, in the whirligig of times, assumed the title of Hinduism — is a social structure of graded inequality based on the four castes (Chaturvarna), branching into several sub-castes and innumerable sects and subsects.
This is Vedic sociology, and the Smritis, especially the Manu Smriti, were reservation manuals that ensured 85% of “Hindus” toiled to keep the 15% Hindus in comfort.
Protestant Religions
In 1945, in his book What Congress & Gandhi Have Done to Untouchables, Dr. Ambedkar gave a warning “against concluding that the Hindu and the Untouchable have a common religion” and said:
“The real genius of Hinduism is to divide.”
Dalits have been outside the caste system. They were called outcastes — Avameeyas (meaning “without Varna”). The four great socio-religious figures who walked out of this Hindu fold in protest and founded their own religions were the Buddha, Mahaveera (5th century BC), Basavanna (12th century), and Guru Nanak (16th century) and walked out of this Hindufold in protest and founded their own protestant religions.
Hinduism is, therefore, as worthless an expression as Europeanism or Australianism. An expression which means everything actually means nothing.
The term Hindu — rarely known prior to the Mughals — could not have found a place in the Vedas (Shruti) or scriptures (Smriti). The British, who copied Muslims, extended the Hindu cover to the Untouchables as well. The Hindu terrorists argue that Hinduism is not a religion but a way of life when it suits their convenience.
Why Hindus Did Not Open Schools Like Christians
What matters is how Hinduism is being practiced, not what Aurobindo or Gandhi said about it.
If more than half of the world’s illiterates are in India, the Shrutis and Smritis alone are to blame. Why did the Sringeri, Kanchi, and Pejavara mutts not open schools and colleges, unlike the Christians?
Why did the Hindu terrorists not react to incidents like the Tsundurs, Badanvals, Kambalpallis, and Khairlanjis? The people murdered in these incidents were Hindus only in the technical sense. If these very victims had converted to Islam or Christianity, there would have been violent protests everywhere by Hindu terrorists. Vivekananda Praises Islam
Islam has been attracting the despised, oppressed, and downtrodden because:
“If ever the followers of any religion approached equality in any appreciable degree on the plane of practical work-a-day life, it is those of Islam and Islam alone,”
according to Swami Vivekananda. read Epistle No. CXLII of Vol. 6 of Swami Vivekananda’s works. no other religion has made such a deep divide between the sacred and the despised, or the high and low, as the Vedic religion. (See Gautama Dharma Sutra and Manu Smriti). Swami Vivekananda.
No less an authority on Hindu heritage, proclaims that it is nonsense to say that Hindus were converted to Islam through the sword.
They embraced Islam to get liberated from the exploitation of Hindu zamindars and priests. See Epistle No. XXXIV of Vol. 8 of his works.
Dr. Ambedkar, who held that Dalits were never Hindus, took to Buddhism to make it clear that he resented Hinduism.
Periyar on Islam
There are only four varnas. The fifth varna (Panhamas) are Avarneeyas, casteless. Scheduled Caste is, therefore, a misnomer. The expression was coined to bring them under the undefined and undefinable Hindu fold, and that too without their consent. The credit (or blame) for this goes to K.M. Munshi and others who were in the committees of the Constituent Assembly.
Periyar E.V. Ramaswamy kept advocating since 1920 that if Dalits and even Shudras desired self-respect, they should choose Islam.
By taking to Islam, Dalits were merely getting out of an oppressive system miscalled religion. The act did not amount to conversion because Hinduism was at best an irreligion. He did not embrace Islam since he did not wish to give up the right to criticize Hinduism. Islam is opposed to the condemnation of other religions. In fact, there is not even a single sentence in the whole of Persian, Arab, and Urdu literature denigrating any religion.
In an editorial in the Kudiarasu in 1947, Periyar wrote:
“For the Hindu ideologues, besides making people hate the Muslims, what is the core philosophy, principle, or practice of the Hindu religious preaching?”
Smriti & Shruti vs. Constitution
Therefore, by displaying the portraits of Buddha, Periyar, Dr. Ambedkar, and Vivekananda in the Hindu terrorist party rallies to celebrate the centenary of Golwalkar, they have conceded a colossal defeat of their ideology. We thank them.
Kanshi Ram, Mayawati, and Lalu Prasad popularized Periyar in North India. When the Periyar Mela was going on in UP, Vaidiks spread the story of stone idols of Ganesha drinking milk to divert public attention. In Tamil Nadu, Periyar is the icon of all major political parties. Although Periyar himself was a Kannada man, upper-caste Kannada literary figures nurtured anti-Tamil sentiments in Karnataka with the sole objective of preventing Periyar’s ideas from percolating into Karnataka.
However, the non-Brahmin Kannada writers like Dr. Javare Gowda, Bargur Ramachandrappa, and others have stood by Periyar. Therefore, Hindu terrorists could not do without portraits of Periyar in their Hindu rallies.

R.S.S. Contempt for National Flag
Interestingly, portraits of Shankara and Madhwa were conspicuously absent. What a grand ideological debacle.
Dr. Ambedkar and Periyar had burnt the Manu Smriti in public rallies because the values and precepts of the Smritis negate the values and principles of the Constitution. Are the Hindu terrorists ready to burn all the inhuman parts of Shrutis and Smritis?
Is it not the height of hypocrisy to defend the Vedas and Shastras and, at the same time, raise slogans against untouchability and inequality.
The national flag is never hoisted on Hindu terrorist party RSS offices and buildings precisely because the blue wheel in the flag represents the teachings of Buddha, the first great historical moral leader that India produced, while there is nothing in the flag to represent the religion of the Vedas and Shastras. Is it not an ideological somersault to have displayed the pictures of Buddha in the rallies conducted by Hindu terrorists?
Enlightened Dalits have risen to such heights of intellectual clarity and mental maturity that they make fun of the gimmick called the fight against untouchability.
“We have nothing to gain by your touch. It is good that the confusion, inhumanity, and contradiction called Hinduism does not come anywhere near us.
All lovers of humanity should salute Dr. Ambedkar for instilling this pride and self-confidence in the bosom of Dalits for the first time in history.”
