BRAHMINS LOVE WAR & CANNOT SURVIVE WITHOUT VIOLENCE
The Brahminical forces perfected methods of killing the other by making war a divine dispensation. Its culture was produced out of a war-mongering spirituality. Its gods believed in killing the others and its writers believed in eulogizing beings who perfected the art of war and sex.
Of all the spiritual schools of the world, only the Brahminic school portrayed war as a divine process all other spiritual cultures, view an anti- war ethic as truly spiritual. Gautama Buddha and Jesus Christ are two great anti-war spiritual heroes, whereas Rama is the very opposite of them (p.32).
WOMEN MADE TO SUFER BECAUSE OF LONG HAIR
The hegemonic social system appears to have forced Indian women to construct a self- negating notion of beauty by nurturing long hair. The concept of the long-haired beauty seems to work more in the interest of men than women. Hindu epics like the Ramayana, the Mahabharata and the Prabhanda Kavyas described women as a lathangi or a creeper. Such a portrayal invariably went with a description of a delicate body and long black hair. The longer the hair, the more beautiful they were supposed to be. But in reality, the longer the hair, the weaker would be their bodies. There is a proverbial understanding among the Mangalis that long hair causes mental weakness. (p. 88).
BRAHMINS WORSHIP ONLY VIOLENCE
The Brahmans claim to be a non-violent community, but in reality it appears as though the Brahmans and violence were born twins. The apparent claim of being priests in the temples, where no animal sacrifice was/is involved, hides the fact that they worship violence itself. No community in the world worships violence with as much passion and involvement as the Brahmans do. But the passion is hidden underneath the notion that they do not even involve themselves in the killing of a chicken or a sheep in the temple. Worshipping violence and condemning the productive work built a culture of living in psychological violence which has now become part of their spiritual ethic. The nation suffered an enormous amount of unrecognized caste and cultural violence historically because of the violent Brahminical psyche and the spiritual ethic that it built. As the structural violence of Brahmanism is defined as non-violence, it might take generations to retrieve the notions of violence and non-violence from that historical process. (p.181).
SUPER LUXURY OF 3% BRAHMINS
The highest number of human beings who enjoy living in air-conditioned houses and traveling in air- conditioned coaches are Brahmans. How has a caste, which does not even constitute 3% of the Indian population, come to own so much power, property and wealth? How does a caste that claims to live a life of sacrifice lives a life of luxury? More than anything, how have they come to control the Indian institutions? The answer lies in Brahmanism. What is their social essence? Do they, as caste, live a life of sacrifice or of luxury? (p. 182).
ANTI-CORRUPTION TALK TO DECEIVE BAHUJANS
More and more corruption is necessary in order to have a tight grip on the system, and once the state apparatus is in their hands, legitimizing corruption becomes a part of the administrative process itself. The rhetoric of anti-corruption is an eyewash to hoodwink the Dalit-Bahujans. Spiritual fascism, intellectual goondaism and financial comuption go hand-in-hand. They have evolved a very powerful mechanism to use the public office for private purpose. (p.223)
