Conversion To Islam

Nagpur: Prema Wankhede, wife of Vazir Wankhede, embraced Islam. She will be known as Parveen Wankhede. Her Nikah with Vazir Wankhede was solemni- sed on April 14 by Prof. Rafiuddin al a simple ceremony. She is the sister of Damyantibai Dongre, former municipal councillor of Nagpur. Mrs. Wankhede was the President of Scheduled Castes Students Federation. Her husband had embraced Islam recently. (Hitavada, April 15. See also page-8)
