Brahmins Attack Dalits

Brahmins in the village Benipur, Fatehapur dt, near Allahabad, have beaten up untouchables because they refused to work as their bonded labour. A Times of India (July 31) report says a large number of Dalits left the village unable to bear the Brahmin torture. The report says the Brahmins circled the houses of Dalits-beat them up and forced them to work as bonded labourers.
