A meeting of the All-India Confederation of SC/ST Organisations and Lord Buddha Club was held here on June 14. The chief guest was Ram Raj, its national president. Dr. Prasad, the Bombay unit president, spoke on behalf of activities of Lord Buddha Club of Bombay unit. Sayajirao Waghmare, whose book on the Panther movement was recently published titled, Ase He Ghadale, spoke on the seriousness of the conversion issue and how to assist Ram Raj. S. Krishna spoke on how to make the 10 lakhs people’s conversion from SC/ST to Budhism on Oct.14, 2001 in Delhi a historic event.
