Bangalore: With the death of one more person at Mawroh, the toll in the ongoing anti-foreigner ethnic clashes rose to 22 on Oct.9.
The police said 152 people had been injured; 26 seriously in the violence that is rocking the Meghalaya State. Ten vehicles were burnt and 40 damaged in different parts of the town. The domination of Bengalis and non-tribals in this pure mongoloid tribal State is hated by the locals. Experts on nationality question say that such anti-foreigner violence will grip all the nation-states of India when people come to know how outsiders are exploiting them.
