Nagpur: Followers of Dr. Ambedkar will meet in Hyderabad for two days from Oct. 25 to discuss ways of revitalising the Buddhist movement in the country.
L. R. Balley, member of the central executive of the Indian Buddhist Council, told newsmen that the movement had become stagnant because of the stranglehold of people like R. S. Gavai, chairman of the Maharashtra Legislative Council, and others who, for their personal and political gains, were exploiting the Buddhist masses.
