67 Custody Deaths in Delhi

New Delhi: There have been 67 deaths in police custody in the capital in the last 12 years, according to the People’s Union for Democratic Rights (PUDR). This was stated in a report read out at a day-long workshop on human rights organised by the People’s Rights Organization (PRO) here on Sept. 19. (Times of India Sept 22).
